MgO-CaO-C Brick (40 series)

Summary:
MgO-CaO-C Brick refers to refractory products made mainly from dolomite sand, magnesia sand, and flake graphite as raw materials. Its main feature is that it has better resistance to low alkalinity and low iron slag erosion than magnesia carbon bricks. MgO-CaO-C bricks have excellent slag erosion resistance, slag permeability, thermal shock resistance, and thermal conductivity, but special attention should be paid to waterproofing measures.

Range of application:
It is used for converter, electric furnace, furnace refining ladle furnace as lining or integrated masonry with MgO-C Brick. MgO-C Brick are used for vulnerable areas, while MgO-CaO-C Brick are used for other areas.

Packaging and Storage:
Wooden pallets+thermoplastic film packaging,size 110×80×70 mm and weighs about 1.4 tons /pallet ;Store in a dry, moisture-proof warehouse,storage period is 6 months.

Construction method:Dry masonry.
